The fine Noisette. The best P.G.I. Piedmontese Trilobata Hazelnuts and the oldest cocoa in the world blended together to achieve a new level of taste. Located in the north-west of Peru, the Amazonas region is the homeland of the native and wild Bagua cacao, a very small production cultivated by native populations in an area rich of unexplored areas. We have selected this cocoa for its history and strong, persistent but never invasive taste and have paired it with the hazelnuts with which it combines masterfully.
