Grande Nocciolato d'autore, the finest variety of Hazelnut Trilobata Piemontese I.G.P. and the oldest cacao in the world fused together to achieve a new dimension in taste. Located in the north-west of Peru, the Amazonas region is the land of the native and wild Bagua cacao, a very small production cultivated by native communities in an area rich in unexplored areas. We selected this cocoa for its history and strong, persistent but never overpowering flavour and paired it with hazelnut, with which it marries masterfully.
