The classic "19th century cremino" is handcrafted with the best raw materials, an array of single-origin "Sur del Lago" cocoa, organic white chocolate, P.G.I. hazelnuts, Arabica coffee paste, P.G.I. Bronte pistachios and Avola almonds. Made with a cutting machine and still wrapped by hand, it is packaged in a precious case with a fine finish.
